Is this a bug? It's not uncommon for me to get this message 5 minutes in a row. Does that mean multiple people are scouting me while I'm waiting to sign in? Cause if so, that needs to be fixed ASAP.
I've checked the wiki, but it doesn't look like the library upgrade paths are available.
Has anyone been keeping track of this info?
And are two library upgrades available at medieval? I can't even imagine how high the resource cost is...
