Wtf is wrong with these crap servers

I'm getting so fed up with the game constantly saying this shit for 20 minutes at a time! It would be no big deal if it didn't last so damn long! People are not looking at my base as much as your piece of shit server says they are! Fix this!!

The game keeps saying I'm being scouted and if doesn't say that then it says I have connectivity problems. This is making me very mad. I have millions of resources I've been building up all day. Fix the problem!!!!

Could someone clarify for me when the maintenance will be done?

Why does the game always say I'm under attack when I'm not? This happens a lot. I try to log on and it says I'm under attack. So I have to wait a while and when it finally does let me on no one has attacked me, I know this happens to others. Anyone know why it does this?
