I brought that up weeks ago. CoC and BB are still glitch free and smooth sailing. And BB actually listens to their users and implement their suggestions in their updates. These people just don't have a clue.

Let's all chip in and send BHG a box of books: "C++ For Dummies". We can purchase used from SuperCell as their developers don't need them any longer. I'd also suggest a book on programming theory but all the big words would only confuse them. Regards, JD ;-)

It's been almost 3 weeks since my village was snatched. I reported it in-game and received an auto reply. I've been very patient and very respectful. But I've reached the end of my rope with these people and have zero faith in them. Just a "well we might have it fixed in a week or a month" would...

I know the feeling well General. When the start screen is slow it's like what did they blow up today? I still have this false sense that all will be fixed but I think "they" are in way over their heads.

Yep that's correct. Going on 3 weeks since they snatched it away and of course no progress update. So I opened the POS they left me for looting.

Most of BHG's developers are still in high school so they're only working part time. Summer break should speed things up.

From the posts I've seen they seem to be restoring villages that were recently lost. Those of us who lost villages 2 or more weeks ago are being ignored.

Based on comments I've seen, they seem to be around the 2 week mark for restoring lost villages. In other words they are working on villages lost 2+ weeks ago. But this is just a logical guess as they haven't posted anything recently on this particular fix. I lost my village about 12 days ago...
