I had the same issue. I was at lvl67 gunpowder age and 2 days ago I became a lvl26. sent a msg to customer service and no reply. this game is hopelessly broken and customer service is not of any use.

i see your point.. but its really frustrating after spending all those hours grinding and real cash to speed up production only to realize that there are players out there being handed such unfair advantages. i feel that BHG should step up and address such issues asap.

Was playing last night when i came across these players... How is this possible? Could anyone please explain. I started playing a few weeks back and really enjoyed the game but i'm seriously considering whether to spend anymore time/money on this game after reading all the complaints in this forum.

this game has gone crazy.. first my friend told me he received about 4k in crowns and he thought it was compensation for the server maintenance ( I did not receive anything).. and last night when i was playing and attacking, i came across a few lvl 15-16 players in the enlightenment age...
