In short, hacking a game requires two conditions simultaneously - (1) Insecure game server (2) Insecure gaming device (ie. Jailbroken or Rooted) Right? But it still don't tell us the logic that why some Hacker will take all that trouble to make a player's crown count negative?

Don't worry, i ain't accusing you of anything. Its just a general discussion about how hacking actually works & how we can prevent it from happening.

I don't think these Hacks comply with a player's unique base IDs. Even if a hacker know my base ID, he can't hack into my game unless i've a jailbroken device with a hack pre-installed in it. I mean, there must be some sort of channel through which a hacker will steal my gaming info from my device.

So, gaming hack is just like a PC's Trojan Horse which unleashes virus(s) inside your operating system from the back door, making your secured information vulnerable to theft. Thats how people's bank accounts & other confidential informations are compromised. But i didn't got one thing here...

As per youtube videos & google links - in order to hack DomiNations, you need to install a hacking tool on your Jailbroken iOS device/ Rooted Android Device. And in general, there's no way someone can hack into a player's game without hacking player's Game Centre/Google Play ID or hacking...
