Leader/Council only chat tab in the alliance chat side bar would be nice. Maybe a world chat tab too?

As the leader of my alliance I have several members that look like they have stopped playing. I would rather have active players. It would be nice to have something that told me when a player was last active and playing. May be if they are currently online too?
