It’s almost like the whole thing was nothing more than lip service, and that they really don’t intend to change anything. Good thing Nexon doesn’t have a history of saying they will fix things and then doing nothing (cheaters, matchmaking, sandbaggers, meaningless leaderboards, bugs, etc, etc, etc).

Customer Service and devs have never taken any serious action against cheaters. Not sure why anyone would expect them to change that now.

Who is crazier: the company that consistently has not dealt with cheaters for literally years, or the players who expect them to suddenly start now? Nexon. Does. Not. Care. They only care about their bottom line, and they've clearly decided that cheaters do not impact that enough to do anything.

If you look that those two paragraphs, you will know why Nexon is doing this. They know F2P players will try to power through, while P2W players will keep plunking down cash. Nexon has made it perfectly clear what they are doing. It's tough to let go, but for F2P players, it's well past time.

Most people like challenges. Most people don’t like needing to wait 90 minutes (or pay $$$) before they can play again every time they challenge themselves and come up short - which happens very frequently now that Nexon has so ridiculously stacked the deck.
