Totally agree. All the issues I've had brought the entertainment out of the game for me, and Nexon doing nothing about my issues.

Honestly, I am so done right now. I've had bug after bug that Nexon has done nothing to fix even though I contacted them multiple times. I don't know why service support is even an option when apparently NO ONE is there.
