I don't know if the Colosseum is considered a defensive building? That is my only suggestion to why you lost all troops. Since it does send out troops it might be considered a defensive building.

While looking up the cost of upgrades I ran across how much time it takes to earn back on caravans and farms from 13 to 14. Its 291 Days! Why even bother upgrading if will take almost a year to upgrade. Have a 60 day cap! Most people either will quit by then. This would mean a 1700 per hour...

The max a single member can donate is 6. There is a loop if you donate a cavalry then you can donate 3 more troops. Next suggestion is to grow your alliance so more people can donate.

I like the idea but doubt that it will be implemented. The whole reason for the times are to spend crowns on. If this was implemented they would have to restructure cost of crown usage.

The Vault SUCKS! Only able to store 200,000 either food or gold at a time is crazy. I suggest allow deposits of 100k gold and food with multiple deposits starting at 10 deposits. This will allow 1mill of food and gold to be saved. This will give at least a fighting chance to get that upgrade...
