i also got same reply on in game CS about 2 days back. im not holding my breathe that it will be resolved anytime soon. in anycase i have lost interest now and asked for refund from apple which has been processed. maybe i'll play again once issues are resolved.

it could be they dont know.. bit its also possible they already know.. after all this village swap issue happened before. im just afraid that if they already know and are just actively ignoring the issues raised with this village swap mess because they cant fix it anymore!!! my point is there is...

i request everyone who has this issue reply on this thread. and if possible complain to apple about this. hopefully this will prompt apple to inquire nexon regarding this issue of lack of support! this is rediculous!

there is so many player having this issue and no proper acknowledgement is happening. no support! even this forums admins are no where in sight! this is just sad! ive already put in iquiries with apple if my purchases can be refunded.

an official acknowledgement would be nice. i hate the village that i see now! i want my original lvl 63 village! i was 7hours away from enlightenment age! nexon staff! get your act together please!
