Just got attacked twice without gaining a peace treaty.

I have been reporting the following person weekly for the past 3 weeks. still nothing has changed. He is still stacking hi cannon towers and redoubts under his towncentre.

We just started a new war. And it shows us during planning day a full war report with the option to replay while we cant attack yet. Also the replay isnt working.

In the past 3 weeks i have had multiple unexplained drops in medals. these medal drops vary between 60 en 25 medals. I have already checked all my defence and attacklogs but cant find any reason why this is happening. seeing as i barely gain 1 medal each time i attack a player this gets really...
