The nations with the best bonuses seem to have the most useless troops, so weight whether you use the troop as well. While French doesn't have a great bonus for war, at least the troop is useful, while the opposite is true for Romans and Germans.
Noticed in your earlier iterations that there was probably enough room for artillery to hit the FC from outside the walls, and now you've moved things out to cover that. I'm in early IA and would post mine but I just got my ass kicked so I have some work to do.
If they get a star for 50% resources then they would get resources and not lose any medals. It would become an even more viable strategy.
Could be that they get no stars but you get a short peace shield if you lose 50% of the resources looted. Or some adjustment to raiders.
