Sorry this doesn't help I just feel your frustration with non answers from support today my isp suggested I buy a new router instead of admitting the problem could possibly be their end
Did anyone else get a notification of a new tower event starting? I did, but when I logged onto my device, no news...towers still the same upgrade price.
Accidental early notification perhaps?
