If this is the level of your creativity having run dry on event number #2 I am not feeling good about these events... Time to fire the intern in charge of this project and hire someone competent.

Just like the phrase "Need to fill your oil storage quickly? Buy shipments from the refinery!" LMAO A oil shipment gives you 150 oil, so after 900 shipments, you will "quickly" fill your storage. They love to GROSSLY exaggerate stuff in this game, it's ridiculous.

Don't be so negative people. I'm not doing anything differently, still collecting my trade goods and raiding like normally. I got some nice war elephants and gold for just doing the usual, so I'm not complaining. And the diamond mine is just a bonus. I feel you all are so entitled to complain about these extra events they are offering. Show some appreciation so they can bring more great events in the future.

It's rare that I have 4 workers free why not keep it at 2 like all other things. It's a joke of an event.

I'm confused why you need 4 workers to farm a single diamond every 8 hours. I already put 12/14 citizens to work before the event started and the earliest upgrade won't be finished until after the event ends. But even if I had enough time or crowned one of my ongoing upgrades Im not even sure keeping workers idle for 1 diamond/8 hrs would even be worth it.

Citizens are the most valuable resource in the game if you're F2P.

Their point in doing this is to make you play the game more. I know people that spent a lot of crowns to get shipments and other things... That was BHG's hope and expectation, this isn't Christmas presents... That was OH look, thanks for the free gift.. This is designed to enhance gameplay.., this is advertised. I worked hard... And for what? For crap... Don't promise me something and deliver me crap.., tell me it's crap up front..., fill my diamond mines?

I can understand why you would feel upset being misled. I knew from the beginning from participating in past events, that they always make it seems like the event will be better than they are. I knew if they really do what their advertised, they would lose lots of crowns (money). That's why I always keep my expectation low so I don't get disappointed

Diamond is not ever a problem for even my current level, barely medium Ia stage. Why do you complain this diamond mine as you wont need it for getting diamond?

This event benefits those who are still not able to get diamond from battle easily. Relatively their building upgrading period is still short so they should have no issue in waiting for four workers to explore the mine after a diamond is ready.

This event does not need to put extra effort to accomplish. Normal multiplayer fights will do. Majority of the players can benefit from it.

I am actually quite thankful for events, not because of practical resource or gold gain, but the historical background and story of the event. I read the west africa mali empire history after this event introduces it. It is a interesting reading.

Yeah that's cool and all.. But after the first event for them to swing and miss so horribly with this one was a let down. I'll get one diamond and have my workers back to work. Should've kept it the same as fruit tree and gold mines. Nexon trying to come up with a way for people to buy crowns. I feel bad for all that used a ton of diamonds on animal blessing thinking it would be made up with the mine.

Yah, I agree. This event is not as exciting as the previous one so I agree it is a bit let down.

But hey, things are like that right? Sometimes up, sometimes down. I believe there will be exciting events in the future, MAYBE "Battle of Austerlitz", there are so many exciting glory battles in the history, I can not wait to see them reflected in the game!

I thought the diamond mine itself was fine. A nice little perk for things I already do, plus the rewards along the way were nice to have. However the 4 worker requirement means I will get very little, if any use out of this. Next time can it be two like a normal mine?
