Alliance chat/members issue

Alliance chat has so many members who are not even in my alliance. They were apart of my alliance at 1 time but not anymore, they are not even on my alliance roster so I cant remove them. My alliance is Global Takeover when will the members who are not even apart of the alliance be removed from our alliance chat? Also I understand we have to earn our medals back but we were #42 on the top 100 now currently #62. This maintenance you guys did caused so many issues.

well... I have my alliance(NinjasInPyjamas) in top#80+ and we have the same problem we have this guy called "Joseph the wise" making really racist and offensive messages. Well my councils tried to kick him but they couldn't find his name the alliance and he is taking advantage from the situation. So i'll happy if you guys from support team to help me out because my alliance have to read the offensive language from this person. My ID is Shadowrod and i demand some help from the support team to kick or bann or something to keep the smooth talk we got on our alliance, thanks.... if you want me to show you proof's I have a few of screenshots. but the forum rules is not to post links so if you guys give me the permition ill post the link of the screenshots,

Thanks for the reports WaRzOnE. Today's maintenance caused an issue with Alliances that we're fixing ASAP. Hang tight while we get fixes in for Alliances and Medals.
