Alliance Wars with two issues that need a fix

First Topic: Can't be added to alliance war's when previously was able be added.

1. Contacted Support for help 3 times in a week regarding this issue, with no help regarding this issue only a generic blow you off response that will be escalated then ticket closed and no further contact or follow up. Been informed to check out forums when support is one been told to contact regarding this issue.

2. Have all requirements met that should be avoiding this issue, Command Post (even at level 4), War box (top alliance roster checked YES), Previous Alliance ( if joining new had previous alliance been in a active war). Several times previous alliances had been in a active war, due to blocked message appearing for leaders not available that would be assumed haven't checked the War box.
Have waited in three different alliances 36hrs and even 48hrs after joining new alliance hoping a glitch might be released this had no positive effect.

3. Have installed new update released after the 3.0 update, even uninstalled and reinstalled app hoping it would fix the issue no positive result.

4. Even tried logging out of war and back into a war to see it would help, have even tried starting 2 alliances to see if it would fix issue no positive result.

5. Frustration is having it work and even allowing a cool down period to lapse to have anything that might cause problem, have it not allow me in alliance war now out of no where is ridiculous. Part that angers myself and many is where we are instructed to contact support not have them basically blow players off reporting issue we hope that support would do what they are hired to for help players in game when needed. This is great example how and why so many bug issues make game worse at times and upset players ignored issues with a no fix response but are willing keep making changes that make game worse instead of fixing bugs and crashes.



Second Topic: Alliance Names matched up too in Wars.

1)
Names of alliances that are current wars;(ex: Korean appear in there language) in battle history no longer post name but a long 25-45 letter,#, symbols code.
2.) Cant search these alliances when our languages available for us don't offer that language, cant copy past in cellular app names to re-post in search field.
3.) Cant look alliance by player or its name in matched wars, so we can see if they have more players or rankings or details if we where able to post name in search field as if we could in any other alliance in 98% of all other alliances.

So this is same blow players off that report issues in this case cant be added too alliance wars; same typical we fix when we fill like it same perception when blocked access for 2 months like so many.

Where is eqaul fair balanced play for all players or is focus more for those countries just recently added months back and making sure you get all money you can from them

After a week and sending another very direct message to support not being rude, clear how they are being percieved by many how they respnd snd treat players. Ones who just want to repor issues or gaming cheats/ hacks to better the game from those who we are directed to contact support.

Fact they fail to realize its not just that partcular player being given feedback with tone not really caring, or generic blow you off response. They are also talking too 30-50 ppl in that plyrs alliance, gaurantee every alliance member either deals with same issues or knows how team member was treated contacting support.

Have to give props when due for fact here many can easily find fuel to add to issues or get even more mad from similar treatment.

Support Game Mod, responded late yesterday with sincere apology, and clear detail of where my issue was at and who was currently handling issue. After that message was recieved was couple hours later issue was resolved.

Though it took little over week get done its due its props for there are those in support who do try, as does IronAngel here in forum.
