The newest version of Android version 10 cannot attack bases with tubman research done this has been happening since last update pre new year o have asked over 1000 players with this issue yet it remains unfixed what happens....drop troops houses spawn and then you can't move the map you can't drop troops tactics or cards or planes this need to be a hot fix it's been months BHG_Muet the game is unplayable vs these bases our team fell from 18-20 down to the 30s in global ranking due to this , I have been screaming from the rafters on this one since December 15 no action taken
