Cant see replay , result ( defense or attack ) totally blank !

I'm using HTC M8. Currently playing for 3 days. My letter box defense or attack is blank and only the INBOX had some info like donate more troops, balance update news ... etc !
Please help ! i had report the issue via the system - customer service but no update.

Btw, im in iron age but leather is full and not sure what to do with it. Not able to trade , not for recruit. is kinda waste if i not able to discover it.

I have the exact same issue with the letter box defense and attack. I'm using LG Nexus 4 with Android 5.1.

I have same problem on LTE or 3G but ok on wifi
