When are you going to fix this problem or at least let the users know what you are doing to fix the problem. I realise it’s a 3rd part issue, but it was fixed a week or so ago for about 3 days but now it’s broken again. That took 4 months to do that. How long is it going to take this time.

We did not release another fix for this. Again, this is region-dependent and third-party-controlled. As we've previously shared, we've done all we can at this point and time but continue to monitor should we see anything within our control arise.

Thanks for the update Thewise, however that does not explain why it did work, the it didn’t, then 2 or 3 weeks ago it did and now it doesn’t. But what I did get out of your reply is it not BHG’s problem, we can’t do anything about it, we’re not actively problem solving, so bad luck.

What part of third-party-controlled is confusing you??

Hi King Crimson, thanks for you informative comment. Perhaps my understanding of third party is incorrect. Is a thrird party the party you have 12 months after you turn two? Or if I go to a party on Thursday, then another on Friday and another on Saturday. Does that mean that Saturday becomes a third party? If I skip the first two parties and just go to the the third party on Saturday is it still the third party or does that now become the first party? See, it’s very confusing.
