Farm and caravan better payout returns

I was looking up how much it cost to upgrade garrison DomiNations! Wiki page and saw this amazing fact below. This actually punishes to upgrade to a level 14 caravan and farm. The difference in the production is so low that a year almost a year isn't worth it. Why not have a max of 60days and this would mean that the payout for a level 14 would be 3,800 per hour.
