Latest update won't complete

I've been trying since this morning to get the latest update and left my tablet "installing" it after completing the download for about 1 1/2 hours (2nd time) and it never completed at all. I successively uninstalled the app and I'm now trying to reinstall it, but that doesn't complete either, instead, it just sits at the "Installing" portion and never changes. I've rebooted my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.2) 3 times since this morning, but have had no luck. As I'm typing this, I finally got a different result from the play store saying it can't be downloaded (Error code: 963). I have more than enough storage space to download, and install the app, in fact, other apps were able to be updated just fine, both before and after this problem. I'm currently trying it again (lost track of the number of attempts), and will see how it goes after this, but my hopes are not high.

Hey dude I had the same issue which I fixed. If you have an SD card remove it and reboot then install as normal.

Yeah, you might have to download the APK directly from somewhere, as there seems to be an issue with Google Play downloading the latest update with some devices. I had the same problem and had to download it manually. It worked fine. Just make sure you download the correct version.

I have had the same issue.
If I uninstall and download the game from apk, do I lose all progress?

nope its an android issue is what they posted earlier and a huge issue with me being a leader now since we had a war scheduled tommorrow they need to fix it fast!!!

Like I said, download the apk from akptrunk or somewhere else. Worked for me

no its the game has nothing to do with my phone since every other app works but this one

With a game that people have paid money for and )I only spent like 40 bucks along time ago and will will never pay anything again.) It affects so many people they need to take the game offline for everyone! Till its fixed. That's why if you are smart u will never spend a dime on a game that has such unfair game play. And that always gets screwed up
