Legal Contributions - BUG

We have achieved "legal contributions level 1" some days ago. I spend 5 crowns and 10 crowns. After restarting the game the research points are reduced by 1.
I found this bug 2 days ago. yesterday i could confirm. Today i recorded the donations and take a screenshot after restart.

Okay, today i can tell you more details:
if i spend 5 crowns and restart the game then the research point disappears. My alliance mates could confirm this.
Then i spend 10 crown and restart again. In this case the additional research point from 'legal contributions' is correctly added.
i spend additionally 25 crowns for this investigation, and is counted correctly.

Ayo Leviathan TheWise New Day begins. This bug is not in Bugfixes for new version 8.5

PLEASE have a look at this bug. PLEASE CONFIRM you are investigating. PLEASE put it on the list of known bugs.
OR
PLEASE PROOF that we are wrong with this bug. And we are not loosing research points. Btw my alliance lost at least 220 till today.

What should I do to get your attention?
Should I tell my ally to spam the support every day for every lost research point? Is this maybe the better way? I think not.
Should I look for a crown freeze hack, to bring my research points back by myself? Is this the way to get some seconds of your time?

Hi,

This issue is still actively under investigation and I don't currently have an update, but you can write Customer Support to review your Alliances research points until there is more news.
