Peace treaty question

Hi, guys! Can you tell me why after I've been attacked I receive peace treaty, but one time it's 8 hours, other time is 12? I though it depends on age(I'm iron now), but obviosly it's not.

Hi Exnoke it depends how many stars you're attacker got. A 100% attack gives you 12 hours if my memory serves me right.
