While I am sure most players won't have the time to read a dissertation. I would highly recommend it to the management. The liturature review is excellent.Customer Service needs an escalation point. Hire an in house support team to address complex problems this will utimately allow the devs to focus on their jobs which woud create better quality updates and fixes. Scripts should be limited to known issues with resolution. Communication and transparency needs to be better and on a level that actually connects with your player base. I know BHG have been working hard at trying to achieve this and have had tried varied methods.
