HI ALL,


AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

This is by far the worst bug I've heard of.
Are there patterns we can recognize that might help identify or at least narrow down the source of the problem?
For instance, are these issues common to a specific device? Or to accounts linked to multiple devices? Are there common actions that trigger the swap (e.g. crash, timeout, failed login due to scouting/raid, etc)?
Either way, Nexon/BHG really have to address this immediately -- it utterly and completely negates the entire objective of the game.

I play on iPad and iPhone regularly. I was playing on my iPad before it swapped my village. I was unable to find an apponent in multiplayer after trying for half an hour. I closed and reopened the game and then I had a new village.. I have already included this information in my posts, in game support and emails.

Happened to me to more than 3 weeks ago no one ever helped me with the problem I was level 38 than I got a base of level 20 and all my upgrades and buildings were gone sent hundreds of tickets and emails nothing helped so I just continued playing with the level 20 base and build it up again to where I was, but I am still missing my 2nd wonder no option even to build a 2nd wonder and no one is helping me yet again with that problem, the support is useless

I won't be useing the village I've been ladened with, I paid for extra crowns and builders. Which I've lost, so I have lost real money value too! :-(

I lost my images because I format my phone but I have the same problem... I went lvl 48 to 38 changing wonders and all the village... Damm for the images I lost!

I was at level 47, now at 28, weeks of time spent in game, starter pack bonus all gone in an instant. I have submitted a support ticket, but as yet received no response. I will not play on with the village I have been given and I will seek financial restitution if a solution, or at least some acknowledgment is not forthcoming in the next 14 days. I realise that some fixes take time, but it takes only five minutes to tell your clients you care about them and are working to help fix the problem.

I agree, I'm not happy at all, but letting us know they are sorry and looking into it would go along way IMO!

Given that there are now 4-5 pages of similar comments to mine it sounds like it is a common problem. Has anyone heard anything back from support yet?

This bug is really a gamebreaker. My investment in my people is wiped out. I am very disappointed that Gooners has not received any reply from his ticket after a week on this problem.

I lost my village as well. I was on 42 level but after game restarting I have 11 level... I wrote an message to support a more than 24 hour ago, but didn't get any reply till now... I'm very angry... I spent my REAL money for this game and I didn't expect to get such level of support. I will try to escalate this issue to Nexom management. They should know that we are not satisfied. moreover I suggest to write a negative feedbacks on Apple and Android stores

I Lost my Village 40 (something) down to 27 > I don't recognise the village at all? Ive lost all major buildings and wall defences have gone back to sticks? Im losing my Alliance points everyday this goes wrong for me ( I was unto 879 now I'm 802) strange how it still knows my name and a few things? I refuse to play at this point as Ive dropped some money on this over the past few weeks and loved every minute..But having a village that isn't mine and at so a low level all monies spent are now longer seen? - I use an iPhone and only that - I Log in with game centre and don't have it linked to any other devices? - Not even Facebook - Please sort this out? I miss playing daily - Prince Jamez (user name)

Just had an Idea? - everyone who has paid money on Crowns go ask Apple for a refund.. Im about to do it right now.(I'm embarrassed to say how much I've dropped on this but hey ho) Ill let you know how far I get?

Hey all - Im based in the UK and have successfully had £30 returned to me STRAIGHT AWAY -> the rest of my monies spent can't be refunded that same way :( BUT i was able to file a complaint about the rest of my 'Crown" purchases. an iTunes representative will email me within 48hours ( link to get a refund on crowns spent - Link can be found here https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 : Log in with your Apple ID to see past purchase and 'File a complaint' Best of luck all - I will let you know when i hear more back from iTunes :) >>

please see the other Thread "I WANT MY VILLAGE BACK" I've requested a refund of CROWNS paid for.. if they won't reply hit them where it hurts in the pocket!
