AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

For those of you that have had this problem, please Contact Customer Support and note the date that the switch happened - i.e. note the date that your base was intact. If you have done so already, please make sure to update the case with your last known good date.

I have done this, yet not had one single response, currently have not been able to play my town for almost 3days, submitted a ticket straight away, yet no response after a few hours my ticket did not even exist, I can not even continue playing with this wrong town as it states I have built the 2nd wonder yet I have nothing. Neon is quickly becoming a joke. Why have we not had any update? If you don't know what is wrong then do a server roll back before the last patch was implemented, but then that would be the smart thing to do. Please give us an update. Also why do moderators not respond to private messages?

I think to make Nixon realise we have a voice and they need to fix issues, we need to spread the word via Facebook groups and alliance chat to boycott the game, hit Nixon where it hurts, in their pockets

Yeah the same thing just happened to me about 30 minutes ago. I was happy in my level 15 japan iron age base working my way up and learning and all the sudden I'm plopped into someones base that is level 46 japan with a Colosseum and the same Acropolis wonder. I don't know how the heck this happened but I want to get my base back and to give them theirs. They obviously worked hard on this and I wanted to build myself up on my own not suddenly be rolling in someones hard work. I sent in a ticket and I hope this gets resolved before whomever person I switched with blows my base up in a rage...

I'm using version 1.3.0 which I installed on the 7 May, two days before it swapped my village. I play on my iPad mini 2 mostly, and occasionally my iPhone 6. I use the same Game Center / Apple ID logon for both. I had been playing all morning on the 9th may with no problems, then for about half an hour the game could not find me any multiply opponents. I closed the game on my iPad and reopened it. When it restarted I had some one else's village some time early afternoon. I then picked my my iPhone 6, it also loaded up the wrong village.

I was playing latest version on my iPhone I had checked in about an hour earlier when the village changed. Town center was in the middle of an upgrade to medival.

Bueno mi problema es que me desapareció mi ciudad y me apareció otra ciudad, mi ciudad es de nivel 60 y la ciudad que me apareció después es de nivel 33, espero que solucionen rápido lo que ha pasado no eh jugado desde que me desapareció mi ciudad y quiero volver a jugar espero sus repuestas GM. Above is my village on 5/9/15 and then that very same day within a few minutes turned into this crappy base below...notice my Town Center and houses in the woods and my Alliance gate not built but yet I'm still in my alliance chat.

Everyone, we are aware of the multitude of issues players are experiencing after updating to the latest version of the game. We have acknowledged as such in this announcement. Is there any compensation for this? We paid good money. Hard-earned money to play this game. And i am robbed off the opportunity to do so by switching my base to someone else's.
