My Village name is Mordor. I have contacted you guys 4 times with no response or even an acknowledgement . I lost all my level ups for my walls, towers, Ballista, troops even in game level. My village has two town centers, everything is different from the setup I had. Why does this keep happening?I lost troops gold count was different. Only thing that's is consistent is my achievements!! Saying not to contact you further because you are working on the issue is very generic. I have spent quite a bit as I'm sure you can see but what's the point? We feel taken advantage of and not appreciated as customers. I wish I could tell my customers that don't ask questions or try contact us because we are working on it! It doesn't work that way. I am an avid gamer and this isn't my first rodeo so I didn't complain about your earlier glitches even though they did affect me. This however is different. I am yet to receive an email or response from you. If i hadn't spent Some money I wouldn't care. I will have to look for other solutions to get this remedied because as it stands Nexon is not interested in our situation.
