Ive been patient with them for a very long time..I just hope they are well prepared for the consequences once they decided to ban me from this forum. I am so upset right now for losing legit players several times and for getting unprofessional response. i know the fact that they cant disclose info about my players account and its understandable but getting unprofessional reply and arguing to a customer like me who patronized this game since beta release is unacceptable and i lost my patience..

I must say, I have never seen the mods so quick at their job. It is definitely a breath of fresh air. Seems like when "other" posters are criticized or questioned it goes completely unnoticed....but when these NEW members post, replies are quickly corrected or outright deleted. I have never had so many of my posts deleted and regulated. I'm sorry, but I don't see any reason for this level of scrutiny. I look forward to the new level of moderation on this forum and hope that it applies to ALL posters, not just a few. Thank you, Nexon

A poster once threatened to find my address and punch me in the head. I complained about it to a forum moderator and nothing happened. That same player insulted a moderator last week and they finally banned him. Christoher Jackson called me a "moron" last week and I got banned! It's a very selective approach. They are obviously on a mission to enhance their image on this forum...good luck, it's their forum...they can delete or ban forum posters...but if they are interested in genuine feedback from paying customers who have played the game from the start, then they would encourage our feedback and engage with us more positively.

I once argued with Booq that his patience is endless after those hacks, but now it seems over too ))) anyways, the game does not provide any fair competition, so I suggest playing it casually so far, building a base and may be try AoE too

But really, I don't expect anything good from the update, but more imbalances, cheaters pressure, etc. I can't imagine the worst updating workflow: deliver content on unsecured game, let cheaters harass legit players for a month, then take a break for another month... But wait, then they do nerf without any single effort on AI fixes we asked for. Besides, Tim's open minded statement, nothing good happened

Aussie, This! I've learned my lesson about questioning the new posters the hard way. I welcome everyone and anyone to this forum. All I'm saying is that there does seem to be a clear preference in the moderation dept. I engaged with Mr. Jackson as well and received a "hijacking" warning out of nowhere. Wish I had such a direct line to the mods. 'Tis all.

Btw, booq, if it's gonna get closer to alliance wars, I may be looking for a stronger alliance together with 5-6 active EA players that left from ours. So if you have free places, it could be possible I think.

I have open spots..the reason why i was trying to follow up In10se game to get fix because half of his money is still invested on this game.He only got half..the word thats not allowed to mention.I was thinking of bringing him back but sadly they cant fix it.

I agree with you aussie..letting the customer share their thoughts or let them vent out is a way for them to know whats needed to improve interms of customer service handling..

Everytime i asked them these lines.."Is it safe for me to level up my rank or farm medals?I dont get response from it, they answer other questions but not that.which means its not safe until now for my team to level up.And now for the past few weeks im not getting much opponent which is confusing because it only happened to me when i was holding the top rank for 6 mos.and my rank is too low now..

Sorry..you misunderstood..he receive a call back from Tim Cook got the demand he asked for but only half of it..he cant battle it freezes and they cant find a fix.

Yes. Elizabeth. I agree with your post here! So many timeshare a are filled with complaints because that is what typically drives players; frustration. While that is understandable, I feel it is also constructive and effective to offer positive praise where and when it applies. Such as the latest update, which for me, has been a great thing! No more overpowered players ransacking smaller less defended bases. Makes new players more encouraged to stay in!
