Here you go. The health boost does affect your own troops when you're attacking. But the small radius makes it a fairly useless defensive building imo.

It's really hard to decide on a nation or a wonder when the information about them is so vague. Please provide more in-game stats about the specific differences between unique troops, or stats for wonders (like AoE and effectiveness percentages etc...).
