It's just like the current medal system (Elo). If a player with 1,200 medals 5 stars a player with 200 medals, the higher leveled player would stand to gain 1 medal or lose 39 medals. Depending on the difference of Glory between the alliances, it will probably drop down to the higher Glory...

That didn't work! I was just going to refer to the CS in-game info area saying that more Glory is available from tougher opponents, and in the Design Spotlight it says it's also part based on the Alliance Average Rating, which is the combined combat upgrades of the alliance.

It's probably like the Chinese unique archer, I.e, instead of full damage every second it's half damage every half second. I doubt the movement speed will change besides them not needing to wait as long to fire a shot.
