thanks for the suggestions bro, I am glad to hear that you solved your problem. Mine is Android ,so my account is Google+ account, I tried with 2 Android device , and using same idea as yours, I make a save file on the new device , but my old device doesn't pop out the load data option for me.

Haiz..., I hope them take serious to fix all the bug.

So, I am not alone for the problem . HopeFully we can enjoy our game as soon as possible.
