    General can take the damage of the silo, that's not the problem. In fact, you want your generals to draw fire away from your troops. A general invisible to the silo wouldn't be a general people would use.

    I think TinSoldier mentioned a while back that the devs are aware of how painful the map editor is to use, it wasn't initially designed to handle this many buildings. Supposedly the devs were planning improvements/redesign to it, but when and if that will happen is anyone's guess.
