System Not building the final Decoy Tactics

I was told awhile back this was a known issue. That if you log off with 1 Sabotage and 3 decoys in the queue, and log back in 9 hours later the system won't start building the final decoy tactic until you log in. So you have to wait 45 minutes if you want to use all of the decoys.

Is this still a known issue and is there any plan to fix it if it is? Seems like a small thing for a quality of life fix to the game.

This is frustrating for Two reason. First, every morning I wake up to one tactic still building after 6-8 hours. I then have to use crowns to finish it. You owe me a boat load of crowns Nexon.
Second, why in the world do we still have this bug after all this time and many complaints about it?

A lot of mornings I log in and try and get in a war attack before heading to work. This bug is especially frustrating on those mornings. Its either pay the crowns or explain to everyone (again) why I have to delay my attack.

Yes, I too remember seeing it in the patch notes, getting excited, and then having that excitement wane once I realized it wasn't fixed at all.

While posting in another thread, I just remembered the history of this bug, maybe this will help devs pinpoint the issue:

- This bug originally resulted from an improper fix to another bug last year, where for each used up tactic in "retrain" window, 2 tactics would get queued up. The game was smart enough not to finish training the extra tactics, but it did start training them. This resulted in instant retrain time for the first queued tactic after another tactic taking its spot was used up (effectively the opposite of the current bug).
- That original bug in itself was a result of changing some tactic slots to 2 instead of 1.

So in this particular case the bug-fix to another bug actually did more harm than good. If Nexon is unable to fix this bug, can you at least revert it to the old (less severe) bug?
