not Owen Mahoney of Nexon

The game is not working for me and it is very frustrating as I love it. I see the rules of the post and hope my heart felt OPINION offends the CEO of this company. I see multiple people complaining of the non response of customer service and lack of care shown by NEXON for players with problems gaming. I sent emails but have never received a response from anyone at NEXON. As I am not Owen Mahoney CEO of NEXON, I actually care about players. The game does not work but as it stands fix your company then your games.
