The -85% cap would be totally fine if the Recon scan didn't further exasperate the situation. There is no level of Tower Health with a perfect museum that can stop current play and the new patch.

Here's the current math with real numbers unlike their examples: Defender has 170% ADTH (I have more than this) Attacker has 150% AEDTH Defender has +20% advantage Oh wait... here comes the Recon! -280% + 20%. New Result: Attacker has a -260% Advantage which bypasses all the safety nets.
