Just to be clear ENEMY SPAWN TIME is a DEBUFF that is unusual because it has a + (plus) sign in front of it rather that a - (minus) sign, but it is still a DEBUFF. It seems to escape the 85% limit maybe because the sodtware code is only focused on minus signs?

The big issue is that ENEMY SPAWN TIME seems to be exempt from the 85% cap. You should look into this as a lot of top players buff this over 85% and it seems to works.
