    Maxed out walls! and scams

    How in the world are all these bases getting so maxed out! in the last 2 weeks We went from good wins to losing. Seems like all bases have maxed walls and level low level caravans. I am level 295 and I cant keep up! Is there a new way besides hacking that I can get my walls completed faster?
