Okay, so I read somewhere that if you put your coliseum in range of your acropolis it boosts the defenders health by 15%... Is this true?

Here is my base layout at the medieval stage. If anyone has any suggestions or wants to copy it feel free. I would love to see some suggestions. Especially with how to work out my road layouts. :)
