Acropolis + Coliseum

Okay, so I read somewhere that if you put your coliseum in range of your acropolis it boosts the defenders health by 15%... Is this true?

acropopis gives 20% faster garrison creation this works for coliseum too. acropolis gives 15% more hp. this works for coloseum but i don know if i gives a permanent bonus upon creation or if the units lose the hp bonus once they leave the acropolis aoe
