3 weeks later, I still cant play, the game crashes at the Big Huge Games logo.

It's been 3 weeks since I cant play anymore DomiNations.
One morning I updated my game, thinking it was a smart move. Not.
After I updated the game (which btw worked perfectly before that) it started crashing at the game logo EVERY SINGLE TIME I START THE DAMN GAME!

I''ve contacted the support, they know about the issue and yet they dont know how to fix this since ''theres alot of devices to which the game is available)
I'm using an Iphone 5s.
I've tried to connect on an ipad with my game center it worked on the ipad - I logged on a new game, then was mentionned I had another file (my main game on my iphone 5s) I say yes to : would you like to play this game. And guess what? Game crashes. What the eff.

Before telling me this :
I've deleted the game
Reinstalled it
-Crash at Big Huge Game Logo's

Deleted the game
Restarted my iphone
Installed the game
Restarted Iphone
-Crash at big huge game logo's

Btw, I spent money on this game, now that I cant access it, does seem like being robbed.
Coming from the same developpers of Age of Empire III (age of dynasties and such) I HIGHLY FIND THIS ANNOYING.

I will be waiting on feedback..

I think they're new to mobile games so the development process will be different
