Sadly this is just one of MANY issues. There are players with level 30 generals and max walls which a "regular" player could not hope to achieve if they played the game as a full-time job ever since its release. Either there are hundreds if not thousands of players spending literally tens of thousands on crowns, or there are numerous exploits which are being used so blatantly there is no reasonable way BHG is unaware and it reaches the level where BHG employees have to be involved.
We are a "normal" ally with players ranging from low 80s to one player (me) at level 138. Our next highest is a player at 119. We have a war match against an ally with THREE level 168 players each of whom have level 30 generals and every last building, wall, unit in game is max. It would likely take me 6 months to reach that point.
In order for players to invest time or money into the game, we need to be convinced it is fair. When I began playing I loved the game and bought crowns and played a lot. The more crap I see from the massive exploits like the one reported at the top of this thread and what I am seeing in war, the less I play. I haven't bought anything further in months and do not intend to support a game which is clearly so blatantly exploited.

First post in forum. Really agree with this post above and Jwinns original point. Have been playing since April ( in game I am Bob (farmacopeia alliance- just a nation of one!) and really enjoyed it. Stayed in silver league for months but in last month started playing for medals and have just reached empire league (woo hoo). Like you Excellion I have invested a few crowns. As I am retired I do get time to play a fair bit and can't believe some of the bases I see or the attacks I now get. got attacked by 60 tanks a week or so back and a very suspicious demolition job two days ago, both costing me 30 plus medals. I don't believe these are examples of honest play and I have now decided not to invest more crowns. I was not impressed with the response from customer service to tye 60 crown attack. Person was in same league and continued to move up! I don't want to hack and will not but as so many do I don't intend to throw good money after bad. Will continue to play for a while yet but Nexon you are now on probation with me. Please fix the cheaters. All the best to you all

the cheaters are actually Nexon people or close to people who work at Nexon that why Nexon only reduce the medal of some cheater so we cant track those cheater. if nexon seriously want to banish those cheaters permanent ban or reduce all the building and wall 3 levels as the sanction to those cheaters.
