It's not a mind blowing thing nor anything revolutionary but I've told people about it and it never occurred to them so I thought I would share it. I'm sure there are people that have a lot of good artifacts but as for myself, not so much. I have a maxed museum and (Excluding legendary) of all the artifacts I have, I probably have 2 that have 2-3 stats that I like whereas the rest are all one stat items that I can't find anything better to replace them. Of course there's the re roll option but I'm not going to drop hundreds of crowns unless theres something that has several decent bonuses which I haven't found yet. I have about 42k blueprints and rising so really the only option is merely to grind it out and keep at the crafting until something pops up.

So here's the tip (Sorry for the backstory): you should upgrade every stat once before you sell an item back. Again, upgrade not unlock which would use supplies. Normally when you sell a junk item back you get 25 fragments and 15 blueprints. If you upgrade it once by spending 40 blueprints, you get 50 fragments and 30 blueprints back. I guess if you really need the blueprints than this method isn't deal for you but to trade 10 blueprints for 25 fragments, it's well worth it for me. Do not waste 400 blueprints to go to lvl 3 obviously as you lose big so just upgrade the stat to lvl 2 and than sell. It' just add a little more time to click upgrade and than sell but I think it's worth the little extra time to double up on the fragments. Hope this helps someone. The only thing I would say that can be a little annoying is that war equipment requires 2k oil to get to lvl 2 so if you're low on oil than don't do it. Everything else is just food and gold.

UPDATE: Sorry didn't have a chance and the event is half way done already but this tip is even more worth trying because of Museum event as the amount of fragments you get is 20% more. When selling you now get 60 frags and 40 blueprints (Assuming you used the upgrade on lvl 1) thus you don't even lose blueprints now. Assuming you craft 5 items (Which you better otherwise your not taking full advantage) and you happen to get one 2 star item than using the upgrade and selling method, you end up getting back about 455 fragments and you actually gain about 40 blueprints. I had a streak where I was crafting for 30 minutes straight and I started with 1500 fragments. Both cool and depressing because I ended up with nothing good and the only small positive was I earned blueprints but I lost a lot of oil since I was getting a lot of war equipment.
