A LOT of trade goods showing up instock out of the blue

Got attacked half an hour ago and came back to replace the defensive blessings.

After putting them, clicked on my goods inventory and noticed that miraculously the game set my stocks to 50 cider, diamonds and leather.

What the truck? It's a bug or the server security is so bad that someone is fiddling with my game stats? Contacted client support already, let's see where it will lead.
