If you started out as Chinese, and built the extra house, would it just vanish if you changed Nations? Or, would it be grandfathered and stay?

It's a perk of the nation. So if you change nations he goes away.

i think Lissanne is right, because if that farmer not disappear, so you just buy much of crown and change nation, each time changing you have 1 farmer, after 20 times changing to and changing back you have 10 extra farmers, LOL, so much builders
