TL;DR: Lance and I have our own alliance now. We want a small alliance for active players (of any level) who want to contribute and grow as players and as an alliance.

Details about A Round Table

Lance was the leader of Freedom Call. I was a coleader in Anteaters and Freedom Call.

Now Lance is leading A Round Table and I am his ... coleader? Secretary? Special Alliance Friend?

This is is a structured alliance so I want to be upfront about the ways of our people. This is not an alliance for people who want to choose their targets or farm. This is an alliance for people who want to be active in world war, who want to grow as players, and who put people before perks.

What We Expect

1. We require everyone to hit the targets Lance assigns, which means our war plan can include long hold times into the second half of war as he makes adjustments.
2. I post and update the targets on discord and on our website, so you at least need to be willing to check the website in order to be in our alliance.
3. We know life happens and people opt need to opt out sometimes, but generally we expect everyone to be active, make both attacks, and be friendly.

And In Return...

• You get to be in an alliance where we promise at least Atomic level war troops, a peaceful, supportive community, and caring, responsive leadership.
• We will not let this alliance grow beyond the point where we can give everyone the level of attention. Feel free to stop by and join for a few wars, and maybe stay forever.
• If we have invite only up, just knock and we’ll answer the door. We will move to closed when we feel we are filled to what we want. We have 10 people wars now, 20 would be nice.

This is an example of what our war plan looks like.

Lance gives me the info and I put it on Google Sheets, which you can see on the online link or on Discord (Discord is optional, but you have to be willing to look at the war plan).

Then I update it as Lance watches war and gets feedback from people in the alliance, because we want to be respectful and responsive if people have target concerns. No one is asked to hit a target that is too hard, and no one gets to play the waiting game and hold out for resources. We fight as a team.

We did this with 30 people wars in FC but in A Round Table plan on 10 and 20 people wars.
