All defensive buildings (except missile silo, castle, traps) are unnecessary till digital age. Does that answer your question?

not really? in fact i was expecting different answers like missile silo it completely changed attack strategy and just because of that building british players cant attack with the same strategy for years

And thats good, if people only use one strategy, there's no fun at all. where creativity breh. + what's the problem to counter it, airplanes actually allow it or war tactics. also sabotages.

Also a building called "Archive". It just provides nothing useful actually, system of speed ups could be working even without it. I use it only for dmg tanking purpose. but it have one pros which is fact it's ultra cheap and requires no time to build, so free xp for levels.

on drone age you cant use sabotage tactic if its under drone area and when go for planes/transports they get destroyed as most players use traps around and on the way to it, as for the archive it wasnt cheap like that before as for exp yes its quite much but since its a one building its not a threat for fast exp lol besides missile silo i find museum, council, embassy, manufactory and drone command useless they just make the game even harder. saying this because playing the game since release nothing important back then but now thanks to legendary artifacts and other sh!t the game feels very unbalanced
