Just my personal opinion, but how can you have all the Generals that you currently have (Alexander the Great, Cleopatra-whom was a pharaoh by the way- Joan of Arc, etc) It’d be like having all of Santa’s reindeer except Rudolph. Please add George Patton as a general! That’d be great!

perhaps they didn't want multiple american generals ....

i'm still annoyed that churchill is there; a tainted person ... racist against asians .... so ironic that an asian company gave him pride of being the best.

manifesto: it's not obscure. this figure was pure hateracist against asians, and a lot of people died from him. look up the details yourself. not forgiveable.

Completely agree about Churchill but for different reason, he is a state leader not general. Don't understand why they mix politicians with generals?!

He was technically a Lieutenant Colonel in the British Army before his political career, although that's still a couple ranks under a General.

Oh sure, by all means comment about some obscure aspect of his personality instead of his achievements or his ability to lead!

What about adding Zhukov for Global Age, or Pizarro (spanish conqueror of Peru) at GPA? There are a really lot of generals out there to bring :) Friedich Paulus or Erwin Rommels are good candidtes for Globl too, since they were famous (and human) militar leaders.

rommel was the subject of propaganda and revisionism; they probably will stay away from him.

i'm kind of surprised sun tzu isn't there, other than being 'too famous'.
ghenghis khan would be good.
hannibal barca was amazing, though the moloch worship might check them. throwing babies on a fire and all that. (not him personally, but his cultural taint.)
general giap is important though controversial.
julius caesar is a literally classical choice, though we have his lady cleopatra to represent that era.
zhukov would be good.
alcibiades was like alexander in his exceptional success, though i'm tainted by a western perspective.

the spartan gylippus; when besieged syracuse asked sparta for help, they sent one general (and his guard) and he destroyed the siege (and an era of athenian power).

every time they add a general they improve the 'general' power dynamic.. they might not add any more.

If we are talking about new general in CW, it will be some famous figure from that timeline, between 1950 -1980.
Since we already have american general, i guess it will be some Russian dude, maybe even Stalin 😁
