Alliance communication outside of dominations

Does anyone use an outside source to talk to their alliance members? The chat is laggy and we need to talk about war etc.

My alliance group consists of 4 alliance, we use facebook chat and groups to communicate. I however hate facebook and would much rather use line app. However I think if a better chat system was put in allowing us to make group chats or council chats or personal chats or whatever, would make things a whole lot easier.

I've heard of line app but I don't know what it is nor how to use it. Yea BHG needs to make changes with the chat.

Basically it's just like whats app, or any of the messenger apps out there.

It's unfortunate that there is no "public" Line channel, I understand each alliance having one (mine has it's own)...but it feels fragmented to not have any kind of communal discussion aside from the forums. Someone really needs to start one up, the issues, as is always with Line...getting people in there and using the channel.

In clash, my members used BAND to communicate. It has a main page where you can make posts to the whole group, you can also private message and create public and private chat rooms.

For example, I had a chat room for my leaders (private - they call it direct message but you can rename it and put in as many people as you like) , a private chat for each level, and a public troop request chat if people needed troops and there were no responses in game.

There are also photo albums which you can upload recommended bases at each level or what have you.

Our favorite thing was the poll option (voting when to start war) and the to do list, where people could claim what base they wanted to hit.
