Every alliance is run differently with different rules, war plans, schedules and social media apps. Communicating this information accurately and consistently in game is a challenge and requires constant repitition in chat and the inbox (Both are busy with war updates and plans which change frequently. It's not unusual to log in and find 100 messages or more in chat after only an hour or two)
Social media and rules don't change very often and needed by everyone.
With the introduction of the tabbed announcement interface, our alliance, Adventures is requesting that a tab be made available to us to display information such as membership rules, social media information and a link to our YouTube channel.
This important information rarely changes and would be valuable throughout the game as anyone changing alliances would know where to look for the rules a guidelines under which the alliance is run.
To insure the tab isn't mistaken for official notices and to differentiate the tab it could have the alliance name and flag on it
