Alliance Hunting

So I am not unhappy in my alliance but I am thinking I could use one with a discord type platform that has lesson and knowledge base that is shared. The chat function in game leaves a bit to be desired. I am Nearly Maxed Gunpowder level- Low 90s. Medal count I have kept low to loot but on the verge of moving up in era and medals. I am participating in World Wars at my level- Not sure I am playing correctly but managing to hit my star targets. Seeing what is out there and those willing to teach or have resources developed. Currently in level 15 alliance 1t 19280 and 16037 glory. They have helped me but I find myself needing to learn
